I will not die an unlived life. I will not live in fear of falling or catching fire. I choose to inhabit my days, to allow my living to open me, to make me less afraid, more accessible, to loosen my heart until it becomes a wing, a torch, a promise. I choose to risk my significance; to live so that which comes to me as seed goes to the next as blossom and that which comes to me as blossom, goes on as fruit.

Sara, I saw your comment on Katie Bower’s Instagram (regarding your grandmama’s summer camp) and just had to come to tell you that after reading it, I literally created a file on my computer called “Grandmother Camp” so I would remember her ideas when the day comes I have grandchildren and can do the same. The idea of creating “cousin memories” overwhelmed me with joy! You obviously had one very special grandmother! Then, as I followed your link on Instagram, I saw your comment about your hope being built on nothing less than Jesus’ blood and righteousness. For all the ways the Internet can be used for evil, it can also be used for the encouragement of the saints. Thank you for sharing! In the bonds of Christ, Cathy
