Well. Full time work and school has already proven to be fun. And by fun I mean I stare at a computer all day and type business-related things. OK, so that doesn’t sound like the most exciting thing ever, but really-classes aren’t that bad. yet. I haven’t even really started studying for one. That’s for tomorrow night. I studied for 3 hours tonight. I hardly EVER did that at LaGrange. This will be a new experience. 🙂 I have a subscription to the WSJ, which has proven to be very informative and actually kinda fun to read. Pretend I didn’t just say that. I’ve become drawn to business-like, corporate america jargon and articles about stuff I never would have been interested in a year ago. Life happens. It’s pretty neat!

I’m already learning a lot about the business environment and things like the proper steps to writing a Memo. Which I’ve done a bunch but have never done following “THE steps.” Not to be confused with “THE other set of steps,” which aren’t correct. Discussed communication styles in class Monday. I dig stuff like that. Really, love it. Very practical. Not boring. Could use the next day. Awesome. Anyway, I’m excited about this business school stuff. Will be more excited when economics and accounting are over and done with, but hey–ya gotta do what you gotta do, right?

If you’re waiting on photos from me–sorry, I’ll get to them soon. I promise. I have a major list of things to do. 🙂 and on that list are cleaning my room and putting away laundry. neither of which happened tonight. Since Brian moved out to USF, I have successfully taken over his desk and bed with school stuff. Glad to get that out of my room. It’ll help with my organization OCD tendencies. Which aren’t in line right now.

Everyone is back at LaGrange now. I miss people, but I love it here. I know this is where I’m supposed to be. Very very very happy with life right now. And I’m here for the right reasons. All the right reasons.

And I have a best friend who I miss dearly. and admire. and I wish I could clean her house for her right now because she has so much to do. Yes, it’s true. I miss the wedding folk. Such fun times. Hello to all of you. Someone else get married. Soon. So we can have a big reunion of fun-ness again. And eat really good food. Dang, that cheesecake was good.
